As a service provider, under § 7 Abs.1 TMG, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. As per §§ 8 bis 10 TMG however, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. We do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VBSG).
